Compression Spring:

  Compression Spring
Each ring is coiled separately. Two ends can be open, closed, winded flat or grinded flat. Listed below is the specification of compression spring:

Compression Spring is one kind of deformed spring, the deformation including cylinder shape, compressed to taper, protruding waist and deformed ends etc. for customers’ choice.
Compression Spring is the most widely used spring, covering electronic products, electrical machinery, computers, information products, automobile, bicycle, hardware, gifts, toys and even national defense industry. The design principle and manufacturing are relatively simple.

Extension Spring:

Each ring is coiled tightly. Either end is surrounded by a loop so as to be drawn out under pressure. Listed below is the specification of compression spring:

Extension Spring is the reversed application of compression spring. The application range is identical but operation control is higher than compression spring

Torsion Spring:

  Torsion Spring
Each ring is coiled tightly or separately to bear torsion load(right angle to spring axis). The spring end can be coiled into hooks or recto-torsion arm. Listed below is the specification of torsion spring:

(6) Torsion: force (pounds) when torsion to certain angle.

Torsion Spring is an extreme style of deformed spring. The designs include single torsion, double torsion and various torsion bars.

The design principle of torsion spring is quite complicated and the style changes flexibly, therefore the theory concerned is overelaborate. It is hard to grasp the design.

Tiny Spring:

 It can be applied in precision electronic parts.
The wire diameter is between 0.15mm~0.06mm. As the wire diameter as well as other parts is around 1mm, it is quite difficult to debug. It is normally used in precision electronic parts, apparatus and watches etc.

Reel Spring:

 It can be used tape measure, automobile starting motor and take-in wire box.
The application of reel spring(spiral spring)is similar to torsion spring. However, due to its high torsion strength and multi-angle torsion, it can be used in mechanisms with long time power to counter fatigue. It can be used tape measure, automobile starting motor and take-in wire box.

Shrapnel:

 Shrapnel made of different materials can be used in different mechanism to trigger the spring.
We use shaping machine instead of lathe made with different technology, which can work on parts hard to be shaped by punching machine. As the cost of the machine and the mould are quite low, the products are well accepted by the customers.

Hook loop:







The design can be made as per customers’ requirements to be sued in different fixed parts or accessories.
The material application is similar to the spring. The design of these products is based on customers’ requirements, normally used to fix the auxiliary parts or mechanic parts.
